I am female.
There should also be a way to input exercise, sets, reps and how much weight per set. Just marking a muscle group and intensity just isn't enough for a journal.

I want to like this app, but it's horrible. It's a really great idea and I think it has tons of potential. Please make it better and i'll give it a better rating. The whole plus sign thing doesn't make sense. You can't do anything without it being green. The muscle groups should just be up all the time and you should be able to switch from 3, to 5, to 7 all the time. I also think that you should only have the muscle groups showing for the side of the body that's showing. Is it supposed to save info? Once i change one group to a color, and then I change to 5 day, for instance, i go back to 3 day and that muscle group is gray again. Shouldn't it show you your stats somewhere? I think that's the biggest problem. It's called "Workout tracker." You should be able to track your workout. You can't even get back to the main screen without closing the app and reopening it. I would really love to see the new version. Like I said, this has a lot of potential but it's majorly lacking. I guess that's why it's free right now.

addition killed the app

I just tapped a bit to rotate body image and add some muscles, and suddenly the app is killed and I see home screen.

Furthermore, I cannot figure out what I use this for. I am a fool, but not so fool that I cannot remember what muscle groups should I train on a specific day.

What a useless trash.
